Fun, laughter and lots of information is what you can expect when you attend our one day Pack Saddling Workshop.

From what size and breed of horse may suit you, QH? Standard bred? Arab? Welsh mountain? all have good points and some not so good. We will answer your questions, and chat about many different things to look for in your pack team.

Style of packing gear? Australian, American, Canadian, there are many options, and we have lots to share and show you.

Loading gear, how to pack your bags, and also secure them onto your pack horse.

Even make your own gear. Its not about how much you spend but how much you enjoy the journey.

Many topics are covered, from first aid for you and your horse, catering and cooking healthy food. Campsites and camping gear,

Containment for your horse, may be High lines? Tethering? Hobbles? Electric fence, and many other options are shared and chatted about.

Trail safety, navigation, working with local bodies to help you make wise trail choices in unknown country.

We will spend all day, sharing information, with offering hands on experience in loading and harnessing up a pack team.
